The workforces at the project of the Administrative Departments Complex of the Abbasid Holy Shrine — assigned to our company (Tiba London for General Contracting) — have begun placing the final touches. Upon completion, the project will provide additional areas to serve visitors inside the holy courtyard of Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas (a.s.), as it will secure the relocation of a number of departments that currently operate from the courtyard itself.

The head of the Engineering Projects Department of the Abbasid Holy Shrine, Engineer Dhiya Majeed al-Saigh, told the Al-Kafil network: “This project is considered one of the important projects, and modern, contemporary designs have been laid out for it, contributing to creating a work environment that matches the offerings of the shrine's departments. Most of the current works are finishing works distributed across all parts of the project, all running on parallel lines in order to complete it within the agreed timings. The next stage will witness the start of furnishing and equipping it with the necessary supplies, according to the needs and nature of each department that will occupy a place in this project.”

The project is built on an area of 1,395 m², invested vertically over ten floors: the basement floor covers 1,100 m² and will serve as a vehicle garage; the ground floor will be a reception hall plus a service facility; and floors one to eight will be allocated to the shrine's departments, at 1,250 m² per floor.
